PISTACHIO GINGER BROWNIE BITES
These bites are not too sweet but a little bite of something moorish when you’re feeling like something sweet without going overboard.
Ingredients

cup
Almonds
1/2
cup
Cacao Powder
2
tbsp
Peanut Butter
2
tbsp
Coconut Oil
2
tbsp
Apple syrup or other sweeter
1/4
cup
Pistachios (or more)
1/2
cup
Sliced crystallized ginger
Instructions
Blitz almonds till fine in blender (leave a few chunky bits).
Place in a bowl, mix in cacao powder, peanut butter, coconut oil, apple syrup or other sweeter, pistachios, and sliced crystallized ginger.
Mix well together, spread into a lined slice container. Into fridge till solid the cut and Enjoy!
Notes
Remember to add a pinch of love to everything you make – it makes it taste all the better!
