What to do when Mondayitis shows up everyday

You know you’re on the right path to your desired dream job, next step or activity when you feel that rush of excitement when you think about it. Or on the flip side (feeling stuck), Mondayitis creeps in everyday bringing with it no energy, maybe some brain fog, health issues and that overwhelming feeling of losing your mojo. Feeling stuck effects your wellbeing and can show up as stubborn weight issues plus many other bodily aches, pains and dis-eases.
I recently had a conversation with Sarah Till from My Flower Cart about this very subject. Sarah has found her sweet spot, growing amazing flowers, teaching others and brightening peoples lives with flowers!

“I worked as an IT professional when I left uni until I fell pregnant with my first baby. I didn’t realise how unhappy I was in that role until I stopped! I was like a square peg in a round hole. My goal to make money was actually making me miserable. And now, to do a job that I adore and be able to be there for my kids and hubbie is just awesome. Still early days with the flower business but I love connecting with people through flowers. I’ve discovered I love teaching and sharing my flower knowledge and am now rich in so many other areas of my life!
Sometimes it’s not always possible to move from A to B as quickly as we’d like for numerous reasons. So what can you do? Have a plan, dream big and get clear on what you want, not on what you don’t want. The minute we start focusing on what we don’t want in our life, guess what shows up?
Once you’re clear – focus! It’s amazing what can happen and what might show up for you.
If Mondayitis or duvet days are coming around too often for you, get in touch for a
free 20 minute clarity call.  What else is possible?

Or brighten your day with a Pick and Mix from Sarah’s amazing garden – a much better health choice than the lollies variety and they last much longer too!
Sarah also runs amazing workshops, what a great way to unleash your creative side and have a fun time with like minded souls!

Only I can change my life. No one else can do it for me.

  1. Awesome blog – simple read but great timing. My take home point is “focus on what you want, not what you don’t want”.

    1. So glad that it resonated with you Jerome, isn’t it funny how things show up at the right time! That’s the cool thing about focus, where attention goes, energy flows 🙂
