These bites are not too sweet but a little bite of something moorish when you’re feeling like something sweet without going overboard. You could also make them into balls – I find a slice quicker, easier, far less mess and probably more hygenic!
Ginger is great for digestion and I enjoy the combo with pistachio nuts.

Important note – Remember to add a pinch of love to everything you make – it makes it taste all the better!
Options:
I’ve also made using tahini instead of peanut butter and maple syrup to replace apple. Other options would be rice or coconut syrups.
Walnuts would be good instead of pistachios, maybe cashews.
You may need a little water to bind, it will depend on what ingredients you use.
Have fun experimenting!

One of the greatest gifts my mum ever gave me was to free range in the kitchen. Thank you mum x

We’ve all had different food and cooking experiences growing up, no two stories have been the same for any of the clients I’ve coached.
Or maybe we once loved cooking and preparing meals but life’s got busy, picking eaters entered our world (this includes partners) and has resulted in the “Kitchen’s closed” sign going up at your place.
As time’s gone by, a downward health spiral has eventuated.
Remember you’re in control. If you’re ready for change
Why not book a free personal strategy call to get clear on what’s right for you this year?
