You know you need to make changes. You don't need others telling you this.
You're feeling exhausted, arriving home from work too shattered to prepare a healthy meal that you know you'd enjoy and benefit from if only you had the energy to make it.
Not moving as well as you used to is not making you feel good either, some days your body's feeling achy, sore and puffy and staying in bed seems like an attractive option.
