These crackers are quick and easy, great with my cannellini dip, humus, avocado, tomato, or plain and simple on their own! Have as a snack, take to work, have with soup - loads of options.
Packed with healthy fats, protein from seeds and fibre that our bodies need, keeping us feeling fuller for longer.
Dairy and nut free - contains seeds
Put 3/4 cup rolled oats in nutri bullet or high speed food processor, process till a fine flour
Add 1/4 cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds and blitz a little more
Mix in a bowl with:
1/4 cup psyllium husk
1 TB each chia, flax and sesame seeds
1/4 cup olive or avocado oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
Sprinkle over or add in some finely chopped rosemary or cumin seeds for a different flavour, spice them up with a dash of chilli flakes, garlic, ground black pepper or your favourite herbs and spices.
